OPG (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation assets in India, announces that it received notification on 26 November 2025 that Talisman 37 Limited ("Talisman") (held through Forest Nominees Limited) has sold its entire shareholding of 40,100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 10% of the issued share capital. Following this transaction, Talisman does not hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
