Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company today announces that on 15 December 2017, Jeremy Warner Allen, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, purchased 290,000 ordinary shares of 0.0147p each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 17p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Warner Allen holds 303,729 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09% per cent of the Company's issued share capital based on the Company's expected issued share capital as at 22 December 2017 being 356,308,697.
