Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, is pleased to announce that following conclusion of the regulatory searches as announced on 6 February 2014, Keith Nicholas Henry and Guy Delemere Lafferty have been appointed to the Board of the Company with effect from 1 March, 2014.

Commenting on the developments, Mr. T L Sankar, Non-Executive Chairman of KSK said:
