KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 September 2017, all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were approved by the shareholders.
