KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 September 2016, all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were approved by the shareholders.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, copies of the resolutions dealing with items of special business were submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
