NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE SHARE CAPITAL PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 85-BIS OF CONSOB REGULATION NO. 11971 AND ARTICLE 2.6.2, PARAGRAPH 1, LETT. A) OF THE RULES ISSUED BY BORSA ITALIANA S.P.A.

Gallarate, December 10th 2015 – Openjobmetis S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro hereby announces the new composition of its share capital following the subscription of the share capital increase, resolved by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on October 12, 2015, in the context of the Global Offering of Openjobmetis ordinary shares for their listing on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) –STAR segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The declaration attesting the execution of the capital increase pursuant to Article 2444 of the civil code was filed today with the Companies' Register of Milan.
