NOTICE OF THE PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT AS AT 30 JUNE 2020

Milan, 4 August ²⁰²⁰ – Notice is hereby given that the Interim Financial Report as at 30 June 2020, comprising the Directors' Report on Operations and accompanied by the statement by the Manager in charge of preparing the company's financial reports, and the independent auditors' report, have been filed, pursuant to and within the terms of law, at the headquarters and submitted to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and CONSOB. They are also available on the company's website, www.openjobmetis.it, in the section 'Investor Relations - Financial Statements and Reports' as well as through the authorised storage device eMarket Storage ().

Openjobmetis - an overview: Openjobmetis S.p.A. is an employment agency established in 2011 as a result of the merger of Openjob S.p.A. and Metis S.p.A., thus combining the singular expertise and experience that has distinguished them since the start.
