OPENJOBMETIS S.P.A. ACQUIRES 100% OF JOBDISABILI S.r.l. OWNER OF THE TRADEMARK "JOBMETOO", DIGITAL RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PLATFORM FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Milan, 31 January 2020 - Openjobmetis S.p.A., a company listed on the STAR segment of the Stock Market managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that it has acquired 100% of the share capital of Jobdisabili S.r.l. for the price of € 600,000.00.

Jobdisabili S.r.l. owns the trademark "Jobmetoo" (https://www.jobmetoo.com), an online platform specialised in the recruitment and selection of personnel with disabilities, a meeting place between those belonging to protected categories and the world of work and businesses.

Managing Director Rosario Rasizza stated: "The entry into our Group of Jobdisabili S.r.l., owner of the "Jobmetoo" digital platform specialised in the recruitment and selection of personnel with disabilities, confirms the desire of Openjobmetis to grow in the area of high value-added services. We will therefore be able to intensify activities in the "diversity" segment, in which Openjobmetis currently successfully operates through its "diversity talent" division, by expanding its offerings with online Recruitment and Selection services. I trust that growth in highly profitable advisory services, including through online channels, will enable Openjobmetis to achieve its goals".

Daniele Regolo, founder of Jobdisabili S.r.l., who will continue to run the business of Jobdisabili even after it joins the Openjobmetis Group, commented: "I am excited and honoured to join the Openjobmetis Group and I am certain that our experience along with the history and widespread presence of Openjobmetis will only lead to positive results for both".
