ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE IN VOTING RIGHTS (pursuant to art. 85-bis of the Issuers' Regulation)

Milan, 7 July ²⁰²¹ – Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: OJM), one of the leading Employment Agencies, listed on the STAR segment of the MTA market operated by Borsa Italiana, announces the entry into force of the increased voting rights related to 185,419 ordinary shares of Openjobmetis S.p.A., pursuant to Article 127-quinquies of Italian Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 and in accordance with Articles of Association.

The following table shows the updated figures relating to outstanding shares and the number of voting rights that may be exercised in shareholders' meetings from 7 July 2021.

Openjobmetis - an overview: Openjobmetis is the Employment Agency established in 2011 as a result of the merger of Openjob SpA and Metis SpA, combining the unique skills and experiences for which they have always been known.
