Milan, 5 June 2020 – Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: OJM), one of the leading Employment Agencies, listed on the STAR segment of the MTA market operated by Borsa Italiana, announces the entry into force of the increased voting rights related to 900,000 shares owned by the shareholder HERMES LINDER FUND SICAV PLC.
Note that, as a result of the above, the voting rights of the shareholder HERMES LINDER FUND SICAV PLC increased from 952,296 to 1,852,296.
The following table shows the updated figures relating to outstanding shares and the number of voting rights that may be exercised in shareholders' meetings from 5 June 2020.
