PUBLICATION OF THE LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE GOVERNING BODIES

Milan, 09 April 2021 – With reference to the Sharehorders' Meeting of Openjobmetis S.p.A. – Agenzia per il Lavoro, called on 30 April 2021 at 10:30 a.m., in a single call, at Una Hotels Expo Fiera Milano in 20016 Pero, Milan, Via Giovanni Keplero no. 12, please note that today the following candidates Lists, for the appointment of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, have been made available to the public.

Board of Directors

LIST no. 1 filed by OMNIAFIN S.p.A. and MTI INVESTIMENTI S.r.l. – as Parties of a Shareholders' agreement in accordance with Article 122, Paragraph 1, of the TUF – collectively holders of no. 3,131,013 ordinary shares, representing 22,834% of the share capital: Alberica Brivio Sforza, Alberto Rosati, Laura Guazzoni, Barbara Napolitano, Marco Vittorelli, Rosario Rasizza, Biagio La Porta, Corrado Vittorelli, Alessandro Potestà, Rubinia Vittorelli.

LIST no. 2 filed by a group of Investors – collectively holders of no. 1,579,507 ordinary shares, representing 11.51916% of the share capital: Gabriella Porcelli, Giulia Poli.

Board of Statutory Auditors

LIST no. 1 filed by OMNIAFIN S.p.A. and MTI INVESTIMENTI S.r.l. – as Parties of a Shareholders' agreement in accordance with Article 122, Paragraph 1, of the TUF – collectively holders of no. 3,131,013 ordinary shares, representing 22,834% of the share capital: Roberto Tribuno, Manuela Paola Pagliarello, Marzia Erika Ferrara (Section I – Acting Statutory Auditors); Marco Sironi, Lorenzo Luisetti (Section II – Alternate Statutory Auditors).

LIST no. 2 filed by a group of Investors – collectively holders of no. 1,579,507 ordinary shares, representing 11.51916% of the share capital: Chiara Segala (Section I – Acting Statutory Auditors); Alvise Deganello (Section II – Alternate Statutory Auditors).

Please note that the presentation of the forementioned minority Lists were accompanied, in line with Consob communication no. DEM/9017893 of 26 February 2009, by the declaration stating the absence of any connection and/or material relationship with the shareholders holding, also collectively, a controlling or majority shareholding.
