RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Milan, 27 March 2017 – Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: OJM), one of the main employment agencies, listed on the Stock Market - STAR segment - managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that on 24 March 2017 Francesco Di Carlo resigned from the office of Standing Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company, due to commitments that prevent him from continuing the fulfilment of his office.
The Board of Directors sincerely thanks Francesco Di Carlo for his work in favour of the Company.
As a result of the combined provision of Art. 2401 of the Italian Civil Code and of the provisions laid down in the articles of association, Stefania Bettoni, appointed Alternate Auditor by the Shareholders' meeting of 2 November 2015, based on the provisions of the articles of association in force, takes up the position of Statutory Auditor of the Company.
