RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Milan, 9 May 2017 – Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: OJM), one of the main employment agencies, listed on the Stock Market - STAR segment - managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that on this day Paolo Gambarini resigned from the office of non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, due to reasons relating to new professional commitments that prevent him from continuing the relationship. He does not hold Openjobmetis shares.
The Board of Directors sincerely thanks Paolo Gambarini for his work in favour of the Company.
