MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC DOCUMENTATION CONCERNING SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Milan, 18 March 2019 – Please note that the following were made available to the public today at the registered office and on the Company's website www.openjobmetis.it "Corporate Governance, Shareholders' Meeting":

• the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Openjobmetis S.p.A., called on 17 April 2019 at 2.30 p.m., in one call at Hotel Melià, in Milan, via Masaccio, no. 19;
• the Explanatory report on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting pursuant to articles 114-bis and 125-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998;
• the Information Document related to the proposal to approve a Performance Shares Plan;
• the form that the subjects entitled to attend the Meeting have the right to use for voting by proxy;
• information on the share capital and voting rights.

An extract of the notice of call was also published today, according to the law and the articles of association, in the daily newspaper Il Giornale and on the website www.openjobmetis.it in the "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" section.

The Explanatory report on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting pursuant to articles 114-bis and 125-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and the Information Document related to the proposal to approve a Performance Shares Plan are also available at the authorised storage mechanism eMarket-STORAGE available on the web site – managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.
