SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS
Milan, 9 April 2018 – Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: OJM), one of the main employment agencies, listed on the Stock Market - STAR segment, managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that, with reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Openjobmetis S.p.A., called on 24 April 2018, at 9.30 a.m., in single call, at the premises of Hotel NH Milano Touring, in Milan, via Ugo Tarchetti, n. 2, the full copies of the Subsidiaries (Openjob Consulting S.r.l., Seltis S.r.l. and Corium S.rl.) annual reports are available at the Openjobmetis registered office.
