NOTICE OF ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED FOR 20 APRIL 2017 (AS A COMBINED ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY MEETING)

Milan, 31 March 2017 – Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: OJM), one of the main Employment Agencies, listed on the Stock Exchange - STAR segment - operated by Borsa Italiana, hereby notifies that, with reference to the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called, with notice published on 21 March 2017, for 20 April 2017 at 9.00 a.m. at NH Touring Hotel, in Milan, via Ugo Tarchetti n. 2, the Board of Directors meeting of today, as a result of the resignation of a statutory member of the Board of Auditors, as mentioned in the communication dated 27 March 2017, proposed and approved the addition of the following item to the agenda for the meeting:

4) Addition to the Board of Statutory Auditors. Related and ensuing resolutions.

Below is a summary of the agenda for the ordinary Meeting, for the purpose of this addition:

• 1. Proposal for approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 accompanied by the corresponding reports and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2016.
• 1. Remuneration Report, first section, pursuant to art. 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.
• 1. Proposed changes to the Phantom Stock Option Plan approved on 12 October 2015, relevant pursuant to art. 114-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.
• 1. Addition to the Board of Statutory Auditors. Related and ensuing resolutions.

Everything else indicated in the notice of call published on 21 March 2017 remains unchanged.

We hereby inform you that the notice of call, as supplemented, as well as the explanatory report relating to the new item on the agenda, as prepared by the Board of Directors on 31 March 2017, will be made available on the website www.openjobmetis.it (Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section), at the registered office and through the authorised storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE available at and by any other means established by applicable laws and regulations.
