NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Milan, 31 March 2017 – It is hereby noted that today the following documents were published on the Company's website www.openjobmetis.it in the section "Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting":
- the Notice of Additions to the Agenda for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Openjobmetis S.p.A., called for 20 April 2017, at 9:00 a.m., as a combined ordinary and extraordinary meeting, at Hotel NH Milano Touring, in Milan, via Ugo Tarchetti, n. 2;
- the Explanatory Report relating to the new item (4) on the Agenda, as prepared by the Board of Directors on 31 March 2017.
All of the above documents are also available at the registered office and through the authorised storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE (), as well as on the website www.openjobmetis.it in the section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting".
An extract from the Notice of Additions to the Agenda will also be published on 1 April 2017 in the newspaper Il Giornale.
