MESSA A DISPOSIZIONE DEL PUBBLICO: VERBALE ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI

Milano, 26 maggio 2016 - Si rende noto che il verbale dell'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti di Openjobmetis S.p.A. tenuta il 26 Aprile 2016 è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società www.openjobmetis.it "Corporate Governance, Assemblea degli Azionisti", e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato NIS-Storage ().

Openjobmetis in sintesi: Openjobmetis SpA è l'Agenzia per il Lavoro nata dalla fusione di Openjob SpA e Metis SpA avvenuta nel 2011, del loro know-how e dell'esperienza peculiare che le contraddistingue da oltre 15 anni. Quotata, da dicembre 2015, sul Mercato Telematico Azionario di Borsa Italiana nel segmento Star, Openjobmetis SpA si posiziona oggi tra i primi operatori del settore in Italia, con ricavi pari a circa € 432,8 milioni nell'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2015.
