Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 21, 2015, Sujeet Kini, Chief Accounting Officer of Open Text Corporation (the “Company”) resigned from the Company and his position as principal accounting officer, effective October 16, 2015, in order to accept the position of Chief Financial Officer of a private Canadian social media company.

John Doolittle, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will serve as its principal accounting officer on an interim basis, effective October 16, 2015, until a successor is chosen.
