On June 14, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company received a letter from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) indicating that the SEC has completed its review of the Company’s filings, which include the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2005 and 2006, as well as its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. The letter also stated that the SEC had no further comments at this time.
