This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on Friday, January 15th, 2021 through video conferencing or other audio visual means to consider and take on record the unaudited (consolidated and standalone) financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

Further kindly note that, Pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/0112019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019111 dated April 02, 2019 and in compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window was w.e.f. 01st January, 2021 till 19th January, 2021.

The trading window shall open from Wednesday, 20th January 2021.
