Pursuant Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Onward Technologies Limited will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 to, inter-alia, consider and if thought fit, pass following matter:

a. To consider and approve the issue and allotment equity shares and warrants under preferential issue.

b. To appoint an Additional Director on the Board of the company.
The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed from Monday, June 28, 2021 to Monday, July 19, 2021 (both days inclusive).
The Trading Window shall open from Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
