Subject: Intimation of closure of Trading Window.

This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, and in compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” of Onward Technologies Limited will remain closed with immediate effect till i.e. 48 working hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting. The board meeting will be held on Monday August 24, 2020 at shorter Notice.

The trading window shall open from Thursday, 27[th] August, 2020.

This closure is in connection with the consideration and approval of a Material Related Party Transaction by the company.
