Bengaluru, 5[th] Feb 2026: OnMobile Global Limited (“OnMobile”), the global leader in mobile gaming & entertainment, today announced the financial results for the Third Quarter of FY26 ended Dec 31, 2025.

Highlights:

• Q3FY26 revenue at INR 1,369 Mn up by 4.5 % QoQ.

• Q3FY26 EBITDA at INR 81 Mn.

• Q3FY26 Mobile Gaming Revenue at INR 453 Mn up by 27.5% QoQ.

• Gaming subscriber base at 13.7Mn.

• Closing Gross Cash balance at INR 1385Mn.

Commenting on Q3FY26 results, Bikram Singh Sherawat, President & COO, OnMobile, said , "In Q3 FY26, our business sustained its upward momentum, with total revenue scaling 4.5% quarter-on-quarter. Gaming remains a strategic cornerstone, now contributing one-third of total quarterly revenue, following a robust 27.5% quarter-on-quarter growth surge. Our expansion continues with the launch of The Gaming Platform in Africa alongside a major operator, providing a pivotal springboard for our next phase of growth. Meanwhile, our mobile entertainment business remains a stable pillar, with Tones alone exceeding 56 million subscribers and 335 million-plus daily plays. Through continued operational discipline, we are ensuring both our gaming and mobile entertainment businesses stay on a firm trajectory of profitable growth."

We closed Q3 FY26 with revenue growth of 4.5% QoQ and EBITDA growth of 16% QoQ (excluding capitalization) to INR 81Mn (Q2 FY26 EBITDA excluding capitalization:INR70Mn) This growth reflects disciplined operating efficiency and cost discipline as well as a healthier revenue mix and better capacity utilisation.
