• Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company for FY 25-26.

• Appointment of Parameshwar G Hegde, (CP NO.640), Company Secretary-in-Practice as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five years commencing from the conclusion of the 25[th] AGM till the conclusion of 30[th] AGM, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM of the Company.

The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed herewith .

The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 06.30 P.M. IST and concluded at 09:45 P.M. IST.
