Brief profile	Mr. Asheesh Chatterjee is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he is also a Management Accountant (India & UK), Chartered Global Management Accountant and an alumni of Northwestern, Kellogg School of Management with over 25 years of rich experience. Mr. Asheesh Chatterjee has been appointed as Global Group CFO as on April 18, 2022 Before joining the Company, he has worked with Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd as a CFO & CBO and has managed various responsibilities in multiple areas and has played a leadership role in JVs, Asset monetisation, Phase 3 auctions for FM Radio, Sales, Revenue management, etc He also has had memorable stints with EY India, ICICI Pru AMC, Sony Pictures Television and Moser Baer India Ltd. With a career spanning more than 25 years he has rich experience in fund raise, strategic finance, operational finance, risk management, regulatory compliances, digital transformation, procurement, taxation, investor relations, etc
