Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulation eu15"), this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to inter alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 and any other matter with the permission of the board.

Further, please note that as intimated to the Exchange vide our Letter dated March 30, 2021 that pursuant to BSE Circular no. LIST/ COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, shall remain closed from April 1, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the fourth quarter / year ended on March 31, 2021.
