VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT WINNING OF A BID

This announcement is made by OneForce Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) on a voluntary basis to provide its shareholders and potential investors with update information in relation to the latest business development of the Group.

The board (“ Board ”) of directors of the Company is pleased to announce the following latest progress regarding the business of the Group:

On June 4, 2021, Beijing Along Grid Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group (“ Along Grid ”), won the bid for the “Procurement Project for the Framework of Middle and Primary Professional Technical Human Services of China Southern Grid Digital Grid Research Institute Co., Ltd. (“ CSGDGRI ”) (南方電網數字電網研究院有限公司中、初 級專業技術人力服務框架採購項目)”.

Along Grid is the winning bidder of information technology service standard package 3. The contract amount is RMB101,840,000, and the term of the contract is 2 years from the date of signing of the contract. CSGDGRI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. (“ CSG ”). The performance of this contract marks the further deepening of the cooperation between the Group and CSG, and it is expected that the performance of this contract will have a positive impact on the Company’s business performance in the financial year 2022.

As at the date of this announcement, Along Grid is negotiating and finalising the terms of the relevant contract with CSGDGRI. It is expected that the relevant contract will be entered into as soon as practicable.
