Sub: Revised Corrigendum to the Postal Ballot No�ce dated March 10, 2023 (“No�ce”) of One Point One Solu�ons Limited (“the Company”).

This with reference to corrigendum disseminated earlier on the Stock Exchange, there was a typographical error in the Corrigendum to the No�ce, and accordingly, the stakeholders are kindly requested take the enclosed Corrigendum into considera�on. The Stock Exchange is requested to take the note of same.

This Corrigendum should be read in con�nua�on of and in conjunc�on with the No�ce of Postal Ballot issued to the Members of the company on March 10, 2023 for seeking approval by way of Special Resolu�on for “Crea�on, offer, issue, and allotment of equity shares of the Company on preferen�al basis.” This is being issued to inform the Members of the Company regarding amendment in the Explanatory Statement to Item No. 1. The relevant changes are made in the Table appearing on Page No. 13 of the No�ce under Point 8, rela�ng to the Explanatory Statement for Item No. 1 of the No�ce.

Except as detailed in the a�ached corrigendum, all other terms and contents of the No�ce of Postal Ballot shall remain unchanged.

This corrigendum is available on the website of the Company at www.1point1.in

This Corrigendum is also being published in the Business Standard (Mumbai) in English, and in Pratahkal (Mumbai) in Marathi, the same newspaper in which the comple�on of dispatch of No�ce of Postal Ballot was published on March 11, 2023.
