To consider and approve proposal for raising of funds, in one or more tranches, by issue of equity shares and/or any other instruments or eligible securities representing either equity shares and/or convertible securities linked to equity shares or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof, by way of further public issue, right issues, ADRs/ GDRs/ FCCBs, debt issue, preferential allotment, private placement, qualified institutions placement (“QIP”), or any other method as may be permitted under the applicable laws, subject to such statutory/regulatory approvals as may be necessary, including the approval of the Shareholders of the Company, wherever required.
To consider and approve Material Related Party Transaction with Subsidiary - ITCUBE Solutions Private Limited.
To consider and approve notice of Postal Ballot, to seek approval of Shareholders in respect of the aforesaid proposals, if the same is approved by the Board.
