With reference to company’s Outcome dated August 24,2023, we would like to inform you that the Company has submitted list of proposed allottees/investors (“The said List/Investors”) names participating in proposed preferential issue of 3,75,00,000 (Three Crore Seventy-Five Lakhs) Share Warrants.
Further, it may be noted that due to unavoidable circumstances, management of the Company has decided to modify the said list of proposed investors with change in one of the investors name. Accordingly, we are attaching herewith the revised proposed list of Investors as Annexure A .
In addition to above, we would like to inform you that the said change shall not affect the amount of investment proposed to be made in the Company.
The board resolution duly passed in the Board meeting shall be accordingly read along with the revised proposed list of allottees.
