The deal was concluded with the HenryHadaway Organisation ("HHO") for a total consideration of £300,000 plus VAT.The two catalogues contain hundreds of music-video performances by variousartists such as; Tammy Wynette, Charlie Rich, George Jones, Lynn Anderson,Mickey Giley, Tanya Tucker, The Bellamy Brothers, The Osmonds, Del Shannon, ThePlatters, and the Shirelles to name just a few.Henry Hadaway MBE, chairman and founder of HHO since 1969 is considered apioneer of UK independent music companies.Michael Infante, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of One Media, commented:"Our expansion into more music-video content is emphasised by this deal.
