One Media iP (AIM: OMIP), the digital music rights acquirer, publisher and distributor which specialises in the active monetisation of music and video intellectual property rights, announces that, Brian Berg, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Company that he will step down from the Board on 28 March 2025.

Since joining the board in 2019, Brian Berg has played a significant role in supporting the Company's growth and strategic direction. The Board would like to extend its sincere gratitude to him for his dedication and valuable contributions during his tenure.

Following his retirement from the Board, Brian Berg has agreed to continue supporting the Company in a consultancy capacity. Under this agreement, he will provide strategic advice and guidance on acquisitions to ensure continuity and ongoing benefit from his experience.

Upon Mr Berg stepping down from the Company, Claire Blunt, Chairman of the Company, will be appointed as chair of the Remuneration Committee.
