Result of Annual General Meeting

The board of directors of One Media iP Group plc (AIM: OMIP) announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed with the exception of Resolution 10 relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights which was not passed.
