FEE PLAN ISSUE
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company) is pleased to advise that pursuant to its Directors and Employee Fee Plan approved by shareholders on 18 December 2019 (Plan), Robert Clisdell and Peter James have each advised the Company that they wish to accept 100% of their January to March 2020 quarterly fees in shares.
Accordingly the Company has issued 16,387,300 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company under the Plan.
