Release of Restricted Securities from Voluntary Escrow
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (the “Company”) advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, that 30,296,611 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares will be released from voluntary escrow on Wednesday, 7 October 2020.
The escrow period was initiated following the payment of Director’s fees in Shares in lieu of cash fees on Monday, 7 October 2019, for a period of 12 months.
