Quarterly Report for the Period Ended 30 September 2021

UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV and UUVOA) (the “Company”) provides the following update on its activities during the three-month period ended 30 September 2021 (“Quarter”), together with its Appendix 4C quarterly cash flow report for the same period.

Suspension and New Opportunities Update:

Following the cessation of its active conduct of business operations in November last year, the Company’s securities were suspended from trading on ASX on 7 June 2021 until the Company embarks on its next chapter of operations.

During the Quarter, the Board continued to assess in detail potential new business opportunities for the Company. A number of attractive opportunities have been reviewed by the Directors to date, and the Company hopes to be in a position to update the market shortly regarding the Company’s proposed direction going forward.

During the Quarter, the Company continued to manage its cash effectively to ensure sufficient levels are available to fund its next chapter of development.

Operational Expenditure and Payments to Related Parties

As noted in its Appendix 4C, during the Quarter the Company expended a gross total of $142,000 on the operations of the Company (being $141,000 for administrative and corporate costs, and $1,000 for costs of finance). Payments to related parties and their associates as detailed in Section 6 of the Appendix 4C are payments for director fees ($38,000) and corporate services, accounting, and company secretarial fees ($24,000).

JobKeeper Payments

The Company has not, during the financial years ended 2020 or 2021, received any Australian JobKeeper payments.
