HY2025 Results Announcement

Key Highlights:

• Record Revenue achieved in H1 2025 of $1.3 million, up a significant 28% from H1 2024

• New Revenue generating products released on the One Click Life fintech platform

• User acquisition has continued to be strong during 2025 with now over 200,000 users registered on the One Click Life Platform

• The half year results have been followed by a strong July:

  • $3 million[(1)] revenue in July and $1.4 million[(1)] EBIT profit.

  • Reduced Customer Acquisition Costs of 10% on prior year[(1)] .

  • High returning customer rate of 72% up 9% on prior year[(1)] .

Fast growing life admin technology platform One Click Group Limited (ASX:1CG) (“Company”) is pleased to release it’s first half 2025 financial accounts demonstrating ongoing growth in the company’s One Click Life platform.

The key focus of H1 2025 was in evolving the One Click Life product suite whilst continuing to service our growing user base. This resulted in a 28% growth in revenue in H1 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.

The growth in user base has translated into strong trading in the second half of 2025 with July revenue[(1)] up 34% compared to prior year and strong trading into August. A further ASX release will be made on August trading this week.

Managing Director Mark Waller commented “The first half of 2025 was another outstanding period of growth for One Click Group. Revenue continued to grow from the larger user base with this growth continuing into the second half.

During the first half of 2025 a large focus was releasing new revenue generating products in 2025. The Company released it’s Little Money cash advance product and has continued work on building it’s Superannuation product which is on track to be released this half.”
