One Click Group Limited (ASX: 1CG) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of One Click Group Limited (‘1CG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of 1CG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 October 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

One Click Group Limited (ASX:1CG) (“Company”) requests a trading halt to be placed on the Company’s securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests the securities remain in a trading halt until the earlier of an announcement regarding the above, or the commencement of trade on Friday 13 October 2023.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and there is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
