Cleansing notice under section 708A of the Corporations Act

The Company gives this notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

The Company advises that it has issued fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ( Securities ) per the Appendix 3B lodged today.

The Company advises that the Securities were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act. The Company confirms that, as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

(i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

(ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

Other than as detailed below, as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information for the purposes of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.

The Company refers to its release of this morning and notes that it continues to progress work on securing additional contracts with other potential customers. Whilst the Company is confident further contracts can be secured, there can be no assurances when or if any further contracts will be secured.
