US ARMY PURCHASES SWARMDIVER

Aquabotix awarded a US$50,000 (approximately AUD$77,000) contract to supply the US Army with SwarmDiver system and associated services.

The contract has options totaling approximately an additional US$105,000 (approximately AUD$162,000) that may be exercised over the next two years.

This represents the first such order of the SwarmDiver product by the US Army.
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that its USbased subsidiary, Aquabotix Technology Corporation (“ATC”), has been awarded a US$50,000 (approximately AUD$77,000) contract for the purchase of its SwarmDiver[TM] system along with associated training services for the United States Army. This contract contains options for the purchase of additional hardware and associated services, the value of those unexercised options totaling approximately US$105,000 or AUD$162,000. The current scope of the contract is to be delivered in 2020, and the options may be exercised over the next two years. This award represents the Company’s first order of SwarmDiver[TM] to the Army since Aquabotix introduced this product to market two years ago, a significant and important expansion in the Company’s customer base.
