Redemption of Class B Performance Shares
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix” or the “Company”) advises that the relevant milestones (set out in the Company’s prospectus announced to ASX on 27 April 2017) that are attached to each of its 15,000,000 Class B Performance Shares have not been met. The Class B Performance Shares will each be automatically redeemed by the Company for the sum of $0.00001 per share.
