UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX: UUV) – Trading Halt (2+2)

Description

The securities of UUV Aquabotix Ltd (‘UUV’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of UUV, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 June 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Back to Back Trading Halts

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 , UUV Aquabotix Limited (ASX: UUV) requests immediate back to back trading halts in its securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• (a) the Company is seeking the trading halts pending an announcement regarding a right issue;

• (b) the Company wishes the trading halts to remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the capital raising or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 24 June 2020; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why its request for a trading halts should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halts.
