US NAVY PURCHASE OF SWARMDIVER

• Aquabotix awarded an approximately US$30,500 contract to supply SwarmDiver system for test and evaluation

Sydney, Australia and Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) today announces that it has been awarded an approximately US$30,500 contract for the purchase of its SwarmDiver™ system by the United States Navy. This hardware sale will support test and evaluation activities in contemplation of potentially substantial follow on orders.

Chief Executive Officer of Aquabotix, Whitney Million, commented, “Aquabotix is thrilled to announce its third award involving SwarmDiver and the United States Navy in the year since the product’s launch. While the value of this initial order placement is small, this represents a necessary and meaningful step forward for the Company in conducting its business with the United States Navy.
