Update to renounceable entitlement offer
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) advises that lodgement of the prospectus with ASIC and ASX in relation to its renounceable entitlement offer (announced to the market on 23 April 2019) ( Offer ) has been delayed.
Given this delay, the Company notes that the timetable of relevant dates in the announcement dated 23 April 2019 is no longer valid.
