UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX: UUV) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of UUV Aquabotix Ltd (‘UUV’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of UUV, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 10 July 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, UUV Aquabotix Limited ACN 616 062 072 (ASX: UUV) ( Company ) requests an immediate trading halt in its securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• (a) the Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement and completion of a proposed capital raising to take place by way of a placement;

• (b) the Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to completion of the placement referred to in (a) above, presently expected to be Tuesday, 9 July 2019; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why its request for a trading halt should be not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
