Placement

Sydney, Australia and Virginia and Massachusetts, USA - UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) announces that it has received commitments from existing and new sophisticated and professional investors to raise approximately $450,000 via an oversubscribed placement of new fully paid ordinary shares ( Placement ), each at an issue price of $0.006 (being approximately a 23% discount to the 15 trading day volume weighted average market price of the Company’s shares up to and including 5 July 2019). Accordingly, the trading halt covering the Company is expected to be lifted today.

The new shares will be issued utilising the Company’s placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and additional placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1A. Approximately 76 million shares in total will be issued, of which approximately 43.51 million will be issued under Listing Rule 7.1 and approximately 32.49 million will be issued under Listing Rule 7.1A. The shares to be issued under the Placement will be issued on the same terms and conditions as the Company’s existing fully paid ordinary shares on issue.

The net proceeds from the Placement will be used by the Company for working capital purposes.
