Description

The securities of UUV Aquabotix Ltd (‘UUV’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of UUV, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 2 October 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, UUV Aquabotix Limited ACN 616 062 072 (ASX: UUV) ( Company ) requests an immediate trading halt in its securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• (a) the Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement regarding a capital raising;

• (b) the Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the capital raising or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 2 October 2019; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why its request for a trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
