CHANGES TO CEO REMUNERATION
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) announces, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, a variation to the terms of the employment agreement for its Chief Executive Officer, Whitney Million.
Ms Million and the Company have agreed that Ms Million’s employment terms be amended as follows;

a. the annual base salary be reduced to US$100,000;
-
b. salary for the months of March, April and May to be paid in equity. The New Shares will be issued based on the 10 trading-day volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares on ASX leading up to and including the final trading-day of the effective date of the agreement for the month of March’s allocation and 10 trading-day volume average price of the Company’s shares on ASX leading up to and including the final trading-day of the prior month for the April and May allocations;

c. elimination of the US$25,000 New Shares election term; and
-
d. the employment status be changed to part time (50%) and the location of work becoming flexible.
The amendments agreed have an effective date of 20 March 2020.
There are no other material changes to the terms of Ms Million’s employment agreement.
