Jonathan Swain appointed as company secretary as replacement.
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix” or the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr Anand Sundaraj as company secretary effective 25 January 2019. The Company thanks Mr Sundaraj for his service as company secretary.
The Company has appointed Mr Jonathan Swain effective 25 January 2019 to replace Mr Sundaraj as company secretary. Mr Swain is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
